Fix your hours on Google please. Rushed here after work only to find out they close at 5pm instead of 6pm.

They change the closing time to 5:00 so if you want to get anything after you get off work don't plan on going here

I've used this store on and off for several random things here and there. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Rope was super patient and helpful today!

Very disappointed in the communication and service. The quality and communication of the staffing seems to have gone downhill in the last couple of years. Had a really bad experience today. I hope some other auto parts store options come to the area in the near future. I know it’s really hard to find good people in the attitudes and work ethic of the younger people today. It is not of the standard we were used to us older folks, but this experience was even a major step down from even the normal acceptable bad service that you get anymore anywhere. I will make the trip down to Heber in the future, tend to get a much higher level of communication and service at a couple of the other auto parts stores down there.

The lady that did a reading on my sulphuric smelling battery was very helpful and knowledgable. She gave me an idea of what to expect price wise when getting a new battery as well as an idea of when I should expect to get a new one without pressuring me to buy right then. The person I spoke with on the phone prior to going in was nice as well.
